IHC in Spencer, Indiana is seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatrician to join our dedicated and compassionate team! The role involves providing medical care to underserved communities in Southern Indiana. This is a perfect opportunity for a Pediatrician who wants to impact children's lives positively. The ideal candidate should be fully committed to Indiana Health Center's mission, be willing to serve, lead with integrity, and show compassion and respect toward everyone. New grads are welcome! Hours of Operation: Monday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Thursday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Highlights: 100% outpatient Join an established practice that includes two physicians and two nurse practitioners Full-time or Part-time 18-20 patients a day (full-time) A supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance Flexible schedule Four-day work week optional for full-time NO weekends, evenings, off on major holidays, and generous PTO Paid license, DEA, board certifications, etc...
