Enterprise Application Admin

The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of core and web-based applications and systems across the organization. This role supports automated delivery systems across distributed platforms and leverages web technologies to enhance business capabilities and increase operational efficiency across Infrastructure, Operations, and business lines. Key Responsibilities: Provide implementation support for enterprise applications and web-based systems. Support automated delivery systems across various distributed platforms. Utilize web technologies to: Enhance business capabilities. Improve process efficiency across departments. Participate in the development and enhancement of technical solutions by improving architecture, communication, and business skills. Provide support, maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training for: Existing integration technologies. System architecture and infrastructure. Perform and/or oversee: Software application installations. System builds, configurations, and implementations. Application and system upgrades and ongoing maintenance. Maintain application and system health by: Monitoring usage and performance across the enterprise. Identifying and mitigating operational risks. Complete other duties as assigned to support the organization's vision, purpose, and values. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 3 years administering, implementing, and supporting web-based systems. Strong understanding of internet-based infrastructure, technology, and concepts. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, applications, and concepts. Familiarity and experience with: Protocols: HTTP, TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, SSH, DHCP, WINS Infrastructure: Routing, Switching, Clustering, Load Balancing Network environments: LAN, NAS, SAN, WAN Windows Server management tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting cloud applications (organization is transitioning to hybrid cloud/on-prem model). Background in FinTech or banking environments. Friendly and personable demeanor. Work Style and Physical Requirements: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and meeting deadlines. High level of responsibility and accountability. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and reach overhead. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
