Job Summary: Prepares patients and equipment for Physical Therapy intervention and conducts a medically prescribed Physical Therapy program to restore function, prevent disability following a disease or injury or loss of body part(s) and helps the patient reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Maintains high standards of quality patient care and practices according to the State of Tennessee Practice Act and WMC policies and procedures.
