Your mission: keep 30 people in Austin

and even more across Brazil, Spain, and Armenia

connected, productive, and tech-happy. We're looking for a hands-on, experienced IT generalist who'll be the face of IT for employees, marketers and executives. From solving everyday issues to shaping smarter workflows, you'll be the go-to person keeping our teams connected, and our systems running smoothly. What You'll Do

Onsite support

deliver helpdesk support for macOS and Windows; resolve issues or escalate to global team. Administer SaaS & identity

support Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Okta/SSO, users and group participants, track licenses. Run Zoom Rooms & AV

set up, monitor and troubleshoot conference rooms, livestreams and hybrid events; partner with Marketing for local events. Manage the network

maintain the Ubiquiti UniFi stack (switching, Wi-Fi, VLANs); monitor performance & security. Support new office

coordinate vendors and go-live for a smooth day-one employee experience. Lifecycle & inventory

image laptops via Jamf Pro / Intune, Asset Sonar, oversee repairs, maintain asset database and budgets. Process & security

document knowledge base runbooks, contribute to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 controls. Collaborate globally

share knowledge and participate in on-call rotation with IT peers in Brazil, Spain and Yerevan. To Shine In This Role

You'll need: 4-6 years experience in SaaS-first, cloud-native workplaces. Clear, friendly communication with employees, non-technical stakeholders, and execs. Comfort acting as the solo IT owner for a growing office. Deep MacOS and good Windows administration; MDM (Jamf, Intune). Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, 802.1X) and Ubiquiti UniFi proficiency. Proven Zoom Rooms / AV event support. Bonus: Okta or similar IDP, low-code automations, physical office build-outs, security/compliance exposure. Location & Schedule

Full-time, on-site 4-5 days per week in Austin; occasional after-hours support for events or cutovers. What We Offer
