What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive pipeline impact across therapy areas by applying pharmacometrics capabilities - Develop and execute population pharmacokinetic models, PK/PD models, and other pharmacometric analyses - Author regulatory documents and represent the team at regulatory meetings - Frame critical drug development questions to optimize model-informed development - Achieve results on major program drivers by implementing novel quantitative approaches
What is Required (Qualifications): - Ph.D. with a minimum of 3 years of experience, PharmD with at least 5 years of experience, or MS with at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development or academia - Educational background in pharmacometrics, biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields - Proficiency in performing pharmacometrics analyses such as population PK, PKPD, and CTS - Knowledge of drug development, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacology principles - Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Proficiency in standard pharmacometric software such as R, NONMEM, or Matlab - Strong skills in experimental design and statistical analysis - Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration - Experience in critical data analysis and interpretation - Familiarity with global regulatory expectations for small molecules and biologics
