Job Title: Medical Technologist, Blood Bank (No MLT's) Location: Arredondo, FL

We are currently seeking a qualified Medical Technologist to join our Blood Bank team in Arredondo, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, and tissue samples with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure proper handling and processing of blood products
• Provide timely and accurate test results for patient diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain laboratory equipment and adhere to quality control standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) by ASCP or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a blood bank setting
• Strong knowledge of blood banking procedures and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
