Opportunity Highlights:
Step into a full patient panel with immediate surgical volume
Practice general ENT with optional focus areas including sialo endoscopy, sleep, and otology
Balanced schedule: 3-4 days/week in clinic and 1-1.5 days/week in the OR
Light weekend call (1 per month); hospital call is covered by a separate team
Academic collaboration available through a major university hospital
Rotate through multiple well-established locations with strong referral networks
ASC ownership and ancillary income opportunities including audiology, allergy, and real estate
Work alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team of physicians and audiologists
Compensation Package:
Base salary of $350,000-$400,000, depending on experience
Earning potential of $600,000-$800,000+ with productivity and ancillary income
Partnership track in 18-24 months with buy-in to practice assets and receivables
$25,000 commencement/retention bonus and relocation assistance
20 PTO days + 5 CME days with $2,500 stipend

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
