Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage long-term IV antibiotic therapy, including OPAT
- Evaluate central lines for removal decisions and assess infections
- Jointly manage infected prosthetics
- Guide and document isolation precautions
- Interpret lab and culture data to inform treatment plans
Additional Information
- Must be board certified in Infectious Disease
- Requires MA medical license
- Familiarity with Meditech EHR is essential
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
