• Location: 1.5 hours from Columbus, OH.
• Facility: 378 bed facility usingEPIC/Mosaiq EMR.
• Coverage needed: Monday - Friday, Days, No weekend or Call
• Practice setting: To split time between 2 Radiation Oncology sites.
• Practice details: 3D Radiotherapy, Conventional Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Equipment used is the Varian truebeam Ede and Vitalbeam with Eclipse treatment planning
• Trauma level: 2
• CPR Certifications required: BLS
• Must be Board Certified, OH state license
