Job Details ADULT Primary Care Locums:

• Location : Norfolk, VA
• Duration: 3/26/25 - 9/26/25
• Schedule: Full time, Monday Friday, 8a-4:30p
• Call: None
• Patient volume: Estimated 17-19 patients per day
• Scope: General adult only Primary Care
• EMR: EPIC
• Group/support: full clinic staff
• Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active VA license, Charting must be completed at the end of each day
  

Job Details GERIATRIC Primary Care Locums:

• Location : Norfolk, VA
• Duration: 2/26/25 - 8/26/25
• Schedule: Full time, Monday Friday , 8a-5p
• Call: Every third week to cover Weeknight 5p-8a for clinic patients, Friday 5p-Mon 8a
• Patient volume: Estimated 12-18 patients per day
• Scope: General adult only Primary Care, majority geriatrics. Complex care, IDT participation, Home and SNF visits (possibly if needed, unlikely)
• EMR: EPIC
• Group/support: full clinic staff
• Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active VA license, Charting must be completed at the end of each day
