Locums Hematology/Oncology Clinic + Call Grand Rapids, MI Why This Role
- Outpatient hematology-focused position with strong APP support
- Cancer center attached to hospital with infusion, imaging, and multidisciplinary teams
- Shared call pool with minimal overnight demands Assignment Details
- Start Date: 10/1/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Call: Shared 1:5, 5:00pm-7:00am
- EMR: Epic Clinical Details
- Setting: Inpatient consults, outpatient clinic, and infusion center
- Volume: 10-15 inpatient consults per day, 15 outpatient patients per day
- Team: 6 physicians, 5 inpatient APPs, 6 outpatient APPs
- Support: Radiation oncology on site
- Goal: Primarily hematology-focused coverage Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Active MI license preferred (will consider those needing to obtain)
- BLS required
- Clean history Skills Needed
- Inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology care
- FNA/biopsy
- Tumor board participation
- Ordering tests and imaging, prescribing Compensation Info
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
