Work Dates Needed: PRN dates- August-November 2025 Schedule: 1230p-7p (30) or 730a-2p (30) No weekends or holidays Worksite Setting: Outpatient Employee Health clinic Scope of Work: annual exams, medication refills, labs, EKG, acute care visits, physicals, testing, 2-3 patients per hour, patient population- 2+ Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active KY license, BLS and DEA. Must be Board Certified. EMR: EPIC / paper Charting
