As a Senior Product Manager , you will be the individual contributor responsible for championing the needs of ERAS users and overseeing the delivery of initiatives that support Medical School users . You are a proactive, strategic, and collaborative individual with strong problem -solving skills and innate QA mindset, ensuring the timely delivery of features and enhancements. You forge relationships across diverse internal and external teams (Product, Account Management, IT, Communications, etc.) to drive continuous improvement of your products and alleviate pain points for your users. You will collaborate closely with engineering team s responsible for software development and QA , ensuring product deliverables mee t standards, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
How will you make an impact?
Cross-functional Execution & Delivery Oversight :
Drive the coordinate of engineering, design, data, and operational teams to deliver multiple concurrent product initiatives on time and within scope.
Translate the strategic direction into actionable roadmaps; manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure focus on high-impact deliverables.
User Research & Stakeholder Engagement :
Regularly conduct interviews, feedback sessions, and alignment check-ins with internal and external users to validate assumptions and guide execution.
Data Analysis & Iteration Planning :
Analyze product performance data and user behavior to identify issues, validate hypotheses, and support iterative improvements.
Documentation & Communication :
Maintain clear documentation, release communication, and leadership updates to support alignment, transparency, and operational readiness.
Strategic Input & Risk Calculation :
Provide informed recommendations on scope, tradeoffs, and dependencies; escalate risks or blockers that could impede strategic objectives.
What will you bring to the role?
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of related work experience
Strong execution skills and track record for delivering complex product initiatives across multiple teams, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in agile methodologies/backlog grooming/iterative development, strong analytical capabilities
Comfort with interpreting data to drive decisions, high accountability and resilience under changing priorities or resource constraints, familiarity with cross-functional product delivery in complex organizations
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of delivery in a matrixed environment, experience in mission-driven non-profit settings

Remote Work Eligibility
This position is eligible for remote work in the contiguous USCompensation Grade Range
$113,560.00-$133,600.00Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors may include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations.
If a bachelor’s degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
