Role at a Glance:
Paystand is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as our Vice President of Partner Ecosystems. In this high-impact role, you’ll own and evolve our partner strategy end-to-end—transforming our channel ecosystem into a scaled, high-leverage revenue engine. We’re looking for a proven executive with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, delivering measurable outcomes, and driving cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth.
What You'll Do :
Strategic Ecosystem Development

  • Lead the continued development of Paystand's partner ecosystem with clear segmentation, operating models, and go-to-market plays.
  • Develop strategic partner plans for each ecosystem, aligning executive stakeholders internally and externally to support major bets for 2025 and beyond.
  • Expand partner-led revenue through activation programs, co-selling motions, and scalable enablement.
Requirements and qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering channel-led growth in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as Netsuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Acumatica.
  • Data- and outcome-driven leader with strong analytical, operational, and communication skills.
  • Experienced team builder with a record of developing talent and leading cross-functional teams.
