Machine Operator/ Warehouse Material Handler
3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

$24.00 - $29.52/Hour + Bonuses + Full Benefits
Responsibilities
We are searching for a 3rd shift operator to join our growing operations team in Greensboro, NC ! A saw operator is responsible for setting up and cutting material according to work orders.
  • Operate a forklift to retrieve source material from inventory.
  • Measure material using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and verniers.
  • Set up saws and adjust speeds and feeds.
  • Conduct in-process sampling to ensure tolerances are accurate.
  • Inspect processed pieces to verify conformance to customer specifications.
  • Stack and sort finished pieces for packaging and shipment.
  • Return drop pieces to inventory.
  • Replace fluids in machines.
  • Perform additional duties as instructed by supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications
***This is a SAFETY SENSITIVE position: requires operating heavy machinery***
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to read and understand English to follow work instructions.
  • History of working safely and productively.
  • Previous machining experience directly related to the duties of the position strongly preferred.
  • Warehouse, material handling, forklift, and experience required.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required.
  • Basic math skills are required to convert decimals and fractions and to accurately use and read tape measures and calipers.
  • Dependable, punctual, and works well with others.
  • Able to pass background check, drug screen, physical, meet physical requirements of the position.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
