Position: Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Facility: Lahey Clinic Hospital – LHMC (21020) – AN-2328
Shift: Rotating 3x12-Hour (07:00–19:00 & 19:00–07:00)
Hours: 36 hrs/week (Every other weekend & holiday rotation)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Job Description

• Primary assignment: PCU
• Will float to Med/Surg/Telemetry units as needed
• Care for patients requiring:
  • Titration of pressors
  • Management of vasoactive drips
  • High-flow oxygen therapy
  • BiPAP support
  • Telemetry monitoring

Experience Requirements

• Total: 3–5 years relevant inpatient experience
• Specific:
  • Minimum 2 years in PCU and/or MS/Tele in a Level 1 Trauma Facility
  • Previous travel experience preferred

Certifications & Skills

• Required:
  • BLS
  • Telemetry skills (tele test administered on Day 1; pass/fail – failure may result in termination)

Licensure

• Required: Active MA RN License at submission
• Restrictions: Cannot have worked (perm or travel) at any Beth Israel facility within past 6 months

Other Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination + booster required at submission (no declinations accepted )
