Job Opportunity
Provides extraordinary care to our customers through friendly, courteous, and professional service through a broad understanding of account handling processes, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner. This is a hybrid rolecaregivers must live in the Denver/Broomfield area.
Essential Functions
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail, and personal computers
- Collaborates and partners with teams across the organization
- Participates in meetings and education requirements
- Monitors centralized mailbox and electronic work queues to distribute incoming documents appropriately
- Reviews incoming faxes and distributes them appropriately
- Prepares outgoing mail
- Answers telephone, directs calls, and takes messages
- Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards
- Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing
- Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands

- Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment
- May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling, and reaching
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Six (6) months experience in healthcare clerical setting is required
- Twelve (12) months experience in a healthcare clerical setting is preferred

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $18.81 - $23.22
