**Job Title: Neuro-Progressive/ICU Nurse**
**Shift: 7A - 7:30P**

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and skills in neuro-progressive nursing, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring ongoing neurology-related monitoring and treatment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Neuro-Progressive or ICU setting.
- Monitor patient progress and vital signs, making timely adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and prescriptions.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control measures within the unit.
**Qualifications:**
- Must have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU nursing experience.
- Epic experience is required for effective patient management.
- Neuro-Progressive competency assessment will be required upon offer acceptance.
- Must be able to present in navy blue scrubs.
**Position Specifications:**
- Guaranteed hours with a contract of 91 weeks.
- This position may require floating to other units as needed.
- Candidates must have prior nursing experience in a similar setting.
**Work Schedule:**
- Shifts available: 7A - 7:30P
- Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the facility and patients.
