nThe team is currently seeking a motivated Breakfast Cook. Open availability including weekends and holidays required as needed.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook. Breakfast line cook experience is a must! Hotel cook experience is highly preferable.

nShift: Typically 7am - 330pm or 730am - 400pm. Can be adjusted based on occupancy and department coverage needs.
nA Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
nWhat will I be doing?
nAs a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
nPrepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
nMaintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
nManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
nEnsure knowledge of menu and all food products
nStock and maintain designated food station(s)
nVisually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
nPractice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
nPrepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
nThe hourly rate is $20 - $22 and is based on experience.
