nHourly: $23.20 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
nAbout This Job
nAs a Commercial Card Account Executive Inside Sales, you will be responsible for generating volume by enrolling suppliers in payment solutions that include card, ACH, check and other forms of invoice remittance for our insurance and AP clients suppliers.
nThe successful Account Executive I will spend greater than 90% of their time calling suppliers of our clients and prospects to enroll suppliers. In some instances, dialogue with a supplier will require significant discussion regarding their accounts receivables or claims payments; this dialogue will often include topics such as explanation of benefits (EOB), invoice terms, discounts, and payment methods. The Account Executive's performance will be measured against challenging but obtainable Standards of Performance monthly.
nThe ideal candidate will leverage strong business acumen to succeed with a consultative sales strategy, demonstrating confident telephone and the ability to explain processing solutions to unfamiliar audiences. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, entrepreneurial-minded team player.

Prepare and conduct outbound calls to enroll suppliers in automated payments on behalf of the Bank’s insurance and AP clients

Perform data mining to seek portfolio wide enrollment opportunities

Assist in editing and running Sales Force team reports

Call assigned business leads and reach enrollment goals as outlined by leadership

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience required

1+ year B2B inside sales or sales support experience required

1+ year insurance claims payments experience preferred
