Formsetter – Concrete

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Formsetters for projects in the Cincinnati area. The pay range is $17-30 per hour based on experience. All formsetters are scheduled for 40+ hours per week. We are seeking skilled and reliable craftsmen to join our team of dedicated, safe, and productive professionals. Ultimate LLC offers weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties – Formsetter

n

Measure, cut, and assemble formwork for concrete pours

n

Set and align forms according to blueprints or specifications

n

Secure forms using nails, screws, or other fasteners

n

Install rebar or mesh reinforcement as needed

n

Ensure forms are level, plumb, and properly braced

n

Strip forms after concrete has cured

n

Maintain a clean and safe work area

n

Ultimate Formsetter Requirements

n

3+ years of construction or concrete formsetting experience

n

Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

n

Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

n

Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

n

Drug Test Required
