SAIC is seeking incumbent and external talent to support the Department of Homeland Security HQ Desktop Support Services 3.0 (DSS 3.0) contract.

n

These positions will provide a broad range of desktop and end-user services in support of DHS’s mission to safeguard the American people, our homeland, and our values. Services include but are not limited to: call/contact center services, help desk services, service desk support services, end-user support services, network operations and maintenance support services, operation and maintenance of the DHS HQ A-LAN, engineering support services, and project management services.

The positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for August 2025 with an September 2025 start date.

n

All positions must be performed in the United States and will be either be on contractor site, government site, or remote.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

n

· Active Secret or Top Secret clearance

n

· Must be able to successfully obtain a DHS Public Trust

n

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
