Civil Engineer - PE or PE-Track
Seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in site development, grading, utilities, and roadway design.

Responsibilities
- Design civil site plans for grading, utilities, drainage, and roadways
- Prepare engineering plans, specs, and cost estimates per regulations
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and agencies
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering; PE or EIT working toward licensure
- 3-8 years in civil/site development, utilities, or infrastructure
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; other design tools a plus
- Strong communication, code knowledge, and project management skills
