About the Role
Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Vice President of Customer Success to lead our global post-sales strategy. This vital role demands a strategic leader with a demonstrated history of building and scaling successful Customer Success organizations, particularly in high-growth SaaS environments. You will be at the forefront of transforming the customer journey, managing a large global team, and aligning the Customer Success strategy with our company's growth, retention, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, with expertise in 1:many onboarding models and digital adoption programs. You should be skilled at utilizing data and customer insights to inform strategy and passionate about cultivating high-performing teams in a remote-first, global environment.
