Seeking a seasoned and ambitious Regional Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in delivering cutting-edge Generative AI, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Analytics solutions, and hyperscaler/cloud transformation deals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, forming strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

n

Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AI, ML, and cloud computing.

n

Technology Acumen: Demonstrate a passion for technology, actively learning about industry trends. Communicate effectively with technical prospects and clients, confidently discussing solutions, architecture, and delivering presentations/demos.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of sales plans.

n

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Working knowledge of SalesForce is desired.

Travel and Networking: Participate actively in conferences and industry events. Extensive travel may be required to meet with clients and prospects across the region.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate a target number of qualified leads and follow up to win them over. Develop and win business with large enterprise clients.

Requirements:

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related services.

Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Math, or Statistics.
