Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. . 

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues they may encounter.

• Process orders, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.

• Document customer interactions and maintain thorough records of inquiries and resolutions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
