nThe Engineering Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Distribution Project Manager”
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of distribution operations, experience with labor standards, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects while aligning with supply chain goals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, quantify, and communicate improvement opportunities across the distribution network. n
- Lead and manage the implementation of process improvements and operational changes. n
- Develop, document, and maintain best practices to ensure standardization and consistency. n
- Act as a liaison between store support groups and Distribution Centers (DCs) to align performance and operational goals. n
- Provide functional support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including labor management, slotting, and reporting tools. n
- Analyze, measure, and report on DC performance using established KPIs and metrics. n
- Build and maintain staffing and workforce planning models to support labor forecasting. n
- Provide insights and recommendations to Distribution Center management teams based on performance data. n
Qualifications:
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. n
- Master’s degree . n
Required Skills and Experience:
- n
- Strong experience in distribution or supply chain operations. n
- Proficiency in performance analysis, reporting, and interpreting KPIs. n
- Solid understanding of labor standards, WMS, and incentive programs. n
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate across multiple departments. n
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. n
