Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Affinity in Louisville, KY .
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions of the Position:

  • Answers incoming phone calls and routes to proper customer contact team member(s)
  • Services callers using effective customer service, professionalism and trustworthiness
  • Coordinates daily pick-up and delivery with customers and drivers
  • Enters doctors notes, comment cards, credit memos, service guarantees and sends out weekly reports
  • Collaborates with outside sales staff to better coordinate sales activity and customer service
  • Collaborates with production and shipping to facilitate and improve customer service levels
  • Schedules shade appointments
  • Quotes turnaround time and pricing
  • Takes basic supply orders
  • Participates in Company sponsored training and meetings as required
  • All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • High level of oral and written communication skills to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet required deadlines of each and deliver results
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and assertiveness
  • Must perform duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidential employment and business information
  • Ability to listen and assess situations, providing possible solutions and feedback for consideration
  • Team player, maintaining a positive customer focus, both internally and externally
  • Ability to quickly enter and retrieve data on computer
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Company products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED)
  • Preferred: 2-3 years customer service/receptionist experience
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
  • Computer
  • Copier/Fax Machine
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
