We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Sales Manager/Coordinator to join our team and help grow our membership base and event bookings through strategic sales initiatives and excellent customer service.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for promoting club membership, coordinating private events and corporate bookings, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing members. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment and enjoys connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Coordination:
- Conduct tours and orientations for prospective guest events.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
- Track and report on membership metrics and sales performance.
- Respond to inquiries and promote private event services, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
- Manage bookings and assist in event planning with the club's F&B and operations teams.
- Ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to event execution.
- Create proposals, contracts, and invoices as needed.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at club functions and community events.
- Maintain strong relationships with members, vendors, and local businesses.
- Represent the club with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of sales or event coordination experience, preferably in a club, hospitality, or luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
