Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment using safe electrical techniques
• Perform mechanical tasks as needed to complete electrical repairs
• Use schematics, diagnostic tools, and meters to evaluate and solve problems
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize uptime
• Build, label, and wire control panels per schematics and job specs
• Install and maintain conduit, wire-ways, and power drops
• Update electrical prints and suggest necessary spare parts or improvements
• Follow all safety regulations and standard practices

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Electrical Journeyman's card or equivalent hands-on work experience
• Must be able to read electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
• Skilled in working with AC/DC circuits, robotic arms, and industrial systems
• Familiarity with safe work practices around high voltage systems
• Must pass an electrician aptitude test

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of industrial codes, safety regulations, and government compliance
• Experience with PLCs is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
