- Performs any combination of (but not limited to) the following duties according to specific department guidelines: n
- Demonstrated competency with Link press control equipment shown by passing Link skills requirement criteria. n
- Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Windows skills shown by passing Windows skills requirements. n
- Responsible for helping to maintain and repair all machines and equipment in the facility. Performs all electrical repairs. Works closely with machine adjusters during repairs as well as manages the processes to ensure preventive maintenance is performed to ensure highest output of machines. n
- Read and evaluate electrical schematics and plans to repair, maintain and install equipment n
- Assist employees with repairs and diagnosis of equipment problems n
- Responsible for general maintenance and electrical work of grounds, facilities, processes and equipment n
- Experience in reading and troubleshooting from blueprints & schematics with system voltages 240 and 480 three-phase system. n
- Troubleshoot, read, and edit PLC logic. n
- Troubleshoot using meters, computer, schematics and manuals n
- Work independently and take ownership while working in a team environment n
- Maintain automation systems and interfacing with other factory control systems (PLC's, HMI's, robotics, drives and computers) n
