Prep Cook - Downtown Middleton Smokehouse (Opening Team)
Our BBQ starts with you. We're looking for Prep Cooks to help launch our brand-new Downtown Middleton location. This is a key role for anyone who takes pride in consistency, quality, and flavor.
What You'll Do:

• Prep proteins, hot sides, sauces, and fresh ingredients to recipe spec
• Monitor smoker drop times and pull proteins with precision
• Label, rotate, and organize ingredients using FIFO and food safety standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift
• Work alongside line cooks and support during peak service

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfort with large-batch cooking and kitchen tools
• Understanding of prep procedures, measurements, and safety
• Dependability and a clean-as-you-go mindset
