Summary:
We're seeking an established experiential marketer to join our Global Experiential + Industry Marketing team, focusing on leading, developing and executing immersive physical and digital brand experiences across consumer and retail programs. As an Experiential Marketing Manager on the Global Experiences team you lead strategy and execution supporting Meta's priorities and product launches with a demonstrated understanding of established and emerging technologies across retail. This innovative thinker will deliver experiences that break through the noise and showcase our brand, products and their ability to connect people in meaningful ways.

Experiential Marketing Manager, Global Experiences Responsibilities:
Own and develop experiential marketing strategies for retail, global events and activations. Able to deliver against key performance indicators with measurable results
Lead and drive highly nuanced cross-functional projects and experiences
Leadership, both strategic and tactical, with the ability to give clear direction, take frank feedback and enjoy the rapid pace of the business
Partnerships and relationships with production agencies, creative agencies and industry to bring strategic concepts to life
Drive a 360-degree experiential marketing strategy for our retail presence aligning with Meta's goals
Work with Decision Science team to define and report measurement metrics
Oversees marketing, events and retail budget while with close collaboration with finance and planning partners
Lead long range planning, identify new opportunities, select and manage partners, vendors, contractors and other resources to achieve business objectives while delivering on budget
Position includes frequent travel
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on experiential marketing and events
Experience in fostering cross-functional working relationships in an organization to drive impact and influence change
Demonstrated expertise in developing and producing innovative hybrid, multi-channel experiences
Demonstrated network of agency, partner, and vendor relationships
Direct experience managing B2B and B2C experiential programs
Background and experience in retail
Established experience executing against a strategy and leading best in class programs
Complex problem solving and the ability to align and drive cross functional teams against goals and objectives
Experience with executive leadership presence and able to interface with all levels across communications and presentations
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AI, tech, marketing technology, or media industry
Experience in retail, brand marketing, experiential marketing, creative technology
Public Compensation: $122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
