The Walmart+ Value Proposition team drives membership growth by expanding benefits, offers, and events. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead the Walmart+ Value Proposition Strategy, focusing on financial services and third-party benefits. The ideal candidate will have a member-first mindset, be data-driven, and collaborate effectively across teams. Support development and launch of Walmart Cash and financial services programs, partnering with acquisition, retention, and partnership teams. 4+ years in corporate business strategy 4+ years leading complex business programs 4+ years in loyalty currency programs Experience with customer behavior analysis and problem-solving Strong cross-team collaboration skills Data and customer insights application Strategic ownership and execution capabilities Excellent communication skills, including executive-level Proven success in leading complex initiatives Ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments Walmart offers competitive pay, performance bonuses, health benefits, 401(k), stock purchase options, paid time off, and additional benefits. The annual salary range is $108,000 - $216,000, with potential for bonuses and stock options. Minimum Qualifications... Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field, plus 4 years’ experience in retail or 6 years’ experience in related areas. Preferred Qualifications...
