Knowledge Manager Description: Assists in aligning process and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems, and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data, as well as formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals. Provides knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow and processes. Uses Government-furnished, centralized, and peripheral databases/records management systems and provides reports on performance and usage metrics. Performs information management functions, including posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining content on classified and unclassified websites/portals, organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is accessible to authorized users while maintaining security protocols. Uses systems such as Microsoft SharePoint to search, discover, store, and retrieve data. Builds, updates, and maintains databases to support analytic production and produce stand-alone products. Develops metrics from databases and prepares reports and presentations with these metrics. Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Desired experiences: At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years. Desired education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university, or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree, totaling 12 years of experience.
