SALES: Ability to walk in on day one and close over 50% of leads. LEADERSHIP: Be a proactive leader, conduct weekly 1-on-1s and staff meetings, hold staff accountable, and lead team growth. Must handle the pressure of a significant role confidently. FINANCE: Manage the facility P&L, review budgets monthly with ownership, and track line-item performance. This General Manager Can Expect:
To join a fun team that works and plays hard. To facilitate weekly staff meetings focused on key data and action steps. To be accountable for financial performance against annual budgets. The GM must provide a world-class experience to every individual, including professional athletes, when interacting with clients.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for members, focusing on delivering the D1 customer experience. Duties include:
Member progress check-ins Setting up new memberships in the POS system Processing payments Providing front desk sales and information Assisting with special events Managing all sales Qualifications
Associate Degree 3 years of management experience Exceptional sales skills and enthusiasm for selling Knowledge of gym and retail operations Positive, energetic personality with a “can do” attitude Commitment to being the first in and last out, leading by example
