Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Rosemont, IL HYBRID Job Type: Contract About the Role: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join their team. This role will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop insights that drive business decisions and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications Develop use cases, process flows, wireframes, and documentation Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot post-deployment issues Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, or similar Experience with SQL or data querying tools is a plus Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) Domain experience in [insert relevant industry/domain if applicable] Experience with ERP, CRM, or custom application implementations LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
