FocusKPI is looking for a Sales Analyst (Marketing/Creative/Product Design) to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

12-monthcontract Pay Range:
$25/hr to $31/hr Description:
You will collect and analyze data related to sales. Your primary responsibility is to increase sales and revenue for a company. This is achieved by reviewing requests from the sales team to resolve or redirect, as appropriate. You will review upcoming deals to resolve administrative tasks and reduce friction in the sales pipeline. You will identify trends and recommend enhancements to the sales process to reduce sales friction and improve the quality of deals for the client and its customers.
The role will be on a team of CWs acting as triage and first-line support for sales questions and requests, and will perform regular admin processes to improve sales efficiency. Ideal candidates are available for US West hours, have strong attention to detail, clear communication, and customer focus.
