Join Altera as an Order to Cash Architect! The Order to Cash Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the company’s Order to cash systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion.This role requires a deep understanding of Order to Cash systems such as Order Management and Shipping.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong functional and technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. Oversee integration between Oracle ERP and other internal (Windchill, GTM, Blue Yonder ESP/OP) and external systems (3PL etc.,) Collaborate with business team to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications. Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements. Train end-users on new processes and systems. Salary Range The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. $178.9k - $259.0k USD #LI-CG1 Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in the Order to Cash and Supply Chain process either in Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in any ERP modules. Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Proven track record of implementing ERP solutions that drive business value. Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Experience in change management and business process re-engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
