Position Overview:
The Securitization team is looking for a Systems Analyst, Associate II starting immediately. Analyst will work on multiple areas within Securitization. We are looking for a versatile analyst who is energetic, brings fresh and creative perspective with constant collaboration and out of box thinking. Analyst will also help incorporate agile best practices.

Our organization provides software delivery support for the Freddie Mac Single-Family line of business. Specifically, we support our Securitization Operations partners and collaborate with them to understand customer needs, prioritize and scope releases, and design quality solutions that are simple, connected, and clear.
Your Impact:
As a Systems Analyst,you will:
Work with product owner, business stakeholders and the team for scope & plan changes
Facilitate requirements capturing and user story grooming sessions with stakeholders and document user-stories with clear user acceptance criteria
Help prioritize and plan the upcoming sprints
Partner with your Development Teams and Business partners to find innovative solutions
Work with teammates to clarify the requirements and scope and test developed solutions to ensure the accurate business outcome is achieved.
Work with other interface teams including the data model, architecture, support teams and be a crucial liaison in iteratively developing and maturing the securitization platform
Qualifications: 1-3 years of related experience
College degree or work equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience in business, system, data analysis is preferred
Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience is preferred
Agile development experience is preferred
Experience with JIRA, Microsoft technologies is a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $67,000 - $101,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
