- State Manager POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION: The District Manager position is responsible for achieving sales growth compared to last year by providing outstanding customer experience in all stores through: Effective store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilizing available reports and setting clear objectives to meet Lovisa directives and benchmarks. Ensuring clear and consistent communication via morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices, and one-on-one meetings, with the aim to coach and develop your team. Recruiting passionate, customer-focused team members to develop and implement succession plans through Lovisa. Reducing unnecessary costs through effective rostering—placing the right people at the right times. Focusing on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and team members follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practices. Being flexible and willing to travel interstate and/or internationally based on business needs. Skills, knowledge, and personal qualities required: Personable, approachable, and a great coach. Be supportive of your team. Excellent time management skills to meet all deadlines requested by your team, peers, department heads, and managers. Aligned and committed to the Lovisa Culture Commitments, demonstrated through leadership, behaviors, attitude, and actions.
