The ideal candidate will possess experience in Active Directory/Security/Server Administration. This position will support the Active Directory team, which provides cutting edge services for the customer.Essential Job DutiesAdminister Active Directory (AD) Services using enterprise tool sets such as Native Microsoft tools, Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM) and Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM)Effectively troubleshoot and document complex technical issuesDocument technical troubleshooting efforts in ticketing system and Knowledge Management SystemsEnsure server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulationsWork independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadlineFollow organizational processes and policesParticipate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours supportWilling to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsActive in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibilityHS +2 years of experience at a minimum or AA/ASAn IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is requiredMust acquire Microsoft server specific certification (ex. MCP 70-410 or AZ-900 or 98-365) or higher within 180 days of hireBe a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situationsCandidate must communicate effectively with team members and team leadMust have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervisionKnowledge of client/server hardware and software configurationFamiliarity with the following:Active Directory Domain Services and/or Microsoft Entra IDMicrosoft Windows Server operating systems such as Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, 2019, or 2022Physical (Dell, HP, IBM) and virtual (VMware/Hyper-V) serversNetworking conceptsCreating and/or modifying scripts (batch, PowerShell)Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)DISA STIGs and IAVAsMcAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS)Work EnvironmentWorking conditions are normal for an office environment.Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)Join us to become a key player in pioneering the Army's cloud-based enterprise solutions.
