Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to oversee and lead all financial functions of the organization, with a particular focus on inventory-heavy operations, service-based revenue, and strategic financial planning. Position Summary: As CFO, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for directing the company’s financial strategy and operations. You will lead all aspects of accounting, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate is a seasoned financial generalist with hands-on experience managing parts inventory and service labor revenue streams, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights that drive profitability and growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial leadership to support company growth and operational goals Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance Manage internal accounting functions including payroll, tax compliance, inventory management, and cost control Analyze operational and financial data to guide executive decision-making Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and implement best practices for financial health Monitor the financial performance of parts and service departments to identify areas of improvement Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to align financial and business strategies Provide leadership and development for accounting and finance team members Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Graduate degree preferred CPA designation strongly preferred Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance leadership role (CFO, Controller, or equivalent) Strong generalist background with a deep understanding of inventory and service revenue models Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy Knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP, and internal controls Proficient in accounting software and ERP/inventory systems Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills Benefits: Offer excellent benefits - 401 (K) Match, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, Disability, Vacation, Sick Time, Sick time and work-life balance.
