Work Dates Needed: Start as soon as credentialed - ASAP through end of year, 12/31/2025 Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p Worksite Setting: Staff Physician - Family Medicine - Primary care medical services. Scope of Work: Perform thorough history and physical, and timely completion of detailed and accurate documation of assessment, including updated problem lists and care plans for each patient encounter. Completes orders or performs various tests, anaysis, and diagnsotic procdures as required and recommended by an evidence-based practice. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA License, BC in FM or Truly Board Eligible, valid BLS cert by AHA, leadership and/or management skills preferred; Previous exp. with computer based systems required, electronic medical records exp preferred; bilingual preferred EMR: EPIC
