What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Design and develop product features and core components utilizing large language models (LLMs) for enhanced user experience - Lead integration of AI models into scalable, customer-centric applications, optimizing usability and efficiency - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to solve complex problems for enterprise-class applications - Work with AI researchers and data scientists to improve platform APIs and model quality based on customer feedback - Mentor junior engineers in building AI-powered products and promote a high-performance team culture
What is Required (Qualifications): - 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C# - 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks - 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of new and current systems, including reliability and scaling - 3+ years of experience building AI/ML products and conversational interfaces with LLMs or similar AI models - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or a portfolio showcasing applied AI projects - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex challenges with minimal direction - 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
