The Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Systems Director, and an integral member of the Ballmer Enterprises Team, the
Senior Systems Analyst
will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple entities and organizations to manage and enhance Ballmer organizations financial systems. This position will oversee system administration, ensuring optimal performance, resolving technical issues, and delivering comprehensive end-user training. Acting as a catalyst for process optimization, the role will execute improvement projects, streamline workflows, and introduce new tools to boost efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Key Priorities & Responsibilities System Administration : Manages and maintains the administration functions of the various financial systems that support our organization (D365FO, Fabric, Power Platform). This includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing end user training. Report Development : Develops and maintains financial and non-financial reports and infrastructure to support the enterprise (utilizing PowerBI or other tools). Artificial Intelligence Champion : Work with the Financial Systems Director and Director of Operations to implement AI capabilities across Ballmer Enterprises organizations. Facilitate broad adoption by implementing use-case sessions and developing training programs across all organizations. Optimization Catalyst : Under direction of the Financial Systems Director and Director of Operations, execute process improvement projects to more effectively utilize platforms and systems across Ballmer Enterprises. Create process efficiencies through platform improvements and new system implementations. Project Management : Lead and support financial system projects across Ballmer Enterprises organizations and Halo Sports & Entertainment. Process Improvement : Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement workflow and system solutions to drive productivity and automation. End User Training : Execute end user training across the organization including group and 1:1 sessions. Develop and maintain end user resources and process documentation. System Development : Develop new tools and resources to support the strategic roadmap for both Ballmer Enterprises and Halo Sports & Entertainment organizations, creating efficiencies and reducing manual tasks. Cross-group Collaboration : Support the finance and IT teams with their various projects and day-to-day activities. Work closely with other departments to ensure that systems meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. Industry Knowledge : Stay up to date with the latest systems technology and best practices. Benchmark industry best practices and evaluate options. Incorporate new ideas and technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of financial systems. Qualifications Required Experience, Skills, Education: Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial systems analysis or a related role. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices. Proficiency in financial software and systems (Microsoft Dynamics F&O/CE/Power Platform preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organization. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Preferred Experience, Skills, Education: Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and financial modeling. Compensation The starting cash compensation range for the Senior Systems Analyst role in Bellevue, WA includes an annual base salary
hiring
range of $103,500 to $129,400, plus a 10% annual performance bonus target opportunity. The annual base salary
maximum
for the role is $155,300. We aim to hire new employees within the hiring range to allow future compensation growth. Individual pay increases are assessed annually based on multiple factors such as demonstrated skill in the role and context, progress and performance against goals, and increased experience.
