Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical / Security Project Manager to lead and manage electrical construction and low-voltage projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of overseeing multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of electrical construction and low-voltage projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. - Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. - Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines. - Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise. - Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards. - Conduct regular job site visits and inspections. - Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and daily logs. - Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. - Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on billing and cost tracking. Qualifications: - 2–5 years of experience in electrical and or Security / Fire Alarm project management. - Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices. - Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - PMP Certification or relevant licensing a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with low-voltage systems, access control, or structured cabling. - Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Knowify, or Buildertrend.
