VP of HR Gifford Health Care—a mission-driven, community-based organization in the heart of Vermont—is seeking a
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our non-clinical teams across the organization. As our next HRBP, you’ll be the go-to strategic partner for employee relations, recruitment, and HR program execution. You’ll lead the full employee lifecycle for non-clinical staff and collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals. What You’ll Do: Lead recruitment and onboarding for all non-clinical roles Provide hands-on guidance in performance management and employee relations Support workforce planning, job description updates, and compensation analysis Facilitate new hire orientations and support employee engagement initiatives Partner with leaders to drive HR best practices and organizational change What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a generalist or business partner role Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus) Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and talent strategy Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms preferred Why Gifford?
