Our PMCM team is seeking a Power BI expert to join our growing team in NYC. Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. Report on financial performance and assist with business review presentations. Analyze past results, conduct variance and root-cause analysis, identify trends, and provide commentary. Analyze actual vs. forecast and/or budget results at sector and consolidated levels, identify main drivers, and provide commentary. Analyze WIP and AR accounts, perform DSO and aging analysis. Consolidate risks and opportunities register from various sectors. Monitor cash collections and customer billings weekly. Analyze labor utilization and revenue variances weekly. Review balance sheet accounts and perform reconciliations. Streamline reporting and data analysis through automation. Perform ad-hoc analyses and report updates as needed, supporting the Director of Finance. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with over 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, preferably in an AEC environment. Experience with NYCT, MTA, or similar rail and transit agencies required. Proficiency in developing financial models, reports, and presentations. Advanced Excel skills including VBA, lookup functions, pivot tables, dynamic arrays, Power Query, and Power Pivot. Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, querying, and data modeling. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Deltek Vision is highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with large data sets. Client-focused with a commitment to innovative solutions. TYLin is committed to pay equity. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, reflecting experience and skills.
