Duties
Conduct comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to initiating foreclosure actions. Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions. Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel. Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements. Requirements
Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations. Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work independently. Education
Juris Doctor Certifications
Bar membership in Texas Skills
